My receipt said I got a car wash and the car wasn't clean. In definitely wasn't washed. It was extremely cold not sure if that was why it wasn't done but that was not explained to me and shouldn't show More

We’re very sorry for the frustration and stress you’ve experienced with your vehicle. We understand how upsetting this situation can be, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. When your car was first brought in, we repaired the actuator for the turbo, which was functioning as designed after the repair. Shortly afterward, the turbo itself failed. As our service manager has explained in previous conversations, unfortunately, the failure of the first part contributed to the second failure. During the initial visit, there was no evidence that the turbo had failed, so it would not have been appropriate to replace a fully functional part. We are not in the practice of replacing parts unnecessarily, and our team only addresses confirmed issues. We sincerely apologize if we did not clearly communicate this. We understand this is a costly repair, and we recognize how frustrating it is to feel that you’re paying for repeated work. We want to assure you that our technicians, including Jose Lopez are focused on performing their work correctly and transparently. We value your trust and want to work with you to ensure you understand the repairs and steps moving forward.
