Excellent vehicle selection. Excellent sales support. Unfortunately they are still using a redundant, sluggish and archaic checkout process. First was a Tesla with everything done quickly and online. Spent less than 5 minutes at the dealer. Second was from CarMax and it took about 30 minutes to purchase the vehicle. It took close to three hours to buy a car at Longo (without financing). More

I have dealt with countless sketchy car salesman and complete nonsense at dealerships in past experiences. I’m very thankful this time to have had Jose as my salesman. He was straightforward, knowledgeable in the product, and fully transparent with numbers (more than I ever could have imagined a car salesman would be). It was fast, easy, and zero headache. So grateful to have had an experience buying a car that exceeded my expectations. My credit isn't the best at the moment and thought I would have to bite the bullet on a car that was older and not able to exceeded my expectations. My credit isn't the best at the moment and thought I would have to bite the bullet on a car that was older and not able to be a certified pre-owned. Jose and Jorge were able to get me behind the wheel of a car that's only 2 years old, 1 owner, no accidents, high tech and sooo beautiful. They worked hard on my application that had me stressed and somehow made the experience hilarious, calming, and enjoyable. As a woman buying a car on her own, you usually anticipate spending a bit more than you'd like. Longo was able to find me so many deals that made my payments practically nothing and was able to put me behind the wheel of a car that I'm so in love with. I'm feeling so blessed for all the hard work that was put in for me. I'm smiling everytime I walk out to my driveway because of how much I love my car. This is my third vehicle (2 leases, 1 buy) with Longo and this is the reason why I keep coming back and recommending friends to come here. Thank you, Jorge and Jose! You're the best! More
