Jose in my opinion is “Highly Recommend! ” Jose was great to work with and really went above and beyond to make my experience quick and painless. He understood my needs and was honest to help guide me to my preference. I had a desired car I was sure about and he never attempted to persuade me to change my selection. Although I was nervous & doubted my own self. Jose treated me with dignity and top quality customer service no matter what I asked. I had been recommended by a Good friend to take a visit and in turn I brought another friend who made a purchase as well. Longo has a huge selection of new and used Toyotas and has a very efficient no pressure purchase process. We looked online, called to hold the vehicle and drove 80 miles to pick it up. I came in looking for a car for my daughter to learn how to drive in. I had bad experiences with Hyundai dealers because I was looking to get the new Elantra SEL. They demanded I come in and then they wou to drive in. I had bad experiences with Hyundai dealers because I was looking to get the new Elantra SEL. They demanded I come in and then they would up the prices once I got there. Got sick of it and went to Longo Toyota and Jose Luis Solar helped us. He was low pressure and well informed. Told me my options and I ended up with a used very low mileage Mirai in the color my daughter wanted. It still smells new! She loves the car and aligns with her idea of reducing emissions. I would recommend and come back! More
