My whole experience was positive. From the initial communication to my drive off. Jose was not who i began my purchase with but he was extremely helpful and made the purchase enjoyab From the initial communication to my drive off. One most likely just overlooked and the second due to the seat being occupied. Jose assured me that these imperfections would be corrected at time of my next/first service. I will definitely drive the 1 hour to visit Longo Toyota rather than my local Toyota dealer due to the fact that my experience was so positive. More
