Always a great experience!!! I always take our CRVs to this dealer for service and I have to say that every single time we had a great experience. The Service Manager Jose Martin I always take our CRVs to this dealer for service and I have to say that every single time we had a great experience. The Service Manager Jose Martinez, the Service Advisor Vanessa Aybar and some of the Technicians like Omar and Dave are always very attentive, very good in explaining the service they are performing to our cars or answering all our questions...GREAT SERVICE! Ah, they also make us feel like we are family and we really love that! More

Excellent service Service was very good, although the rental was sub-par the repairs were excellent. All my questions were answered, although I didn't agree with the answer I was given. I asked why on the sale sign that was on the windshield when I bought the truck it said prewired for trailer it really wasn't!! I was told I would have to spend another $300 to actually hook up the wires!!!! After spending 42,000 on a truck it would seem fair that it would actually be wired up, especially since it came with a hitch!! More

Mike was an exceptional salesman! He was extremely friendly and knowlegable. We were interested in a used Volvo, Mike took time studying all the features and was able to educate us thoroughly when we friendly and knowlegable.
