T J Mitchell was our sales person and he was very responsive to all my questions and made the process of negotiation online easy. In person was friendly and showed us all of the different models we w responsive to all my questions and made the process of negotiation online easy. In person was friendly and showed us all of the different models we were interested in in. He was very knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and explained the trim level differences from memory. TJ made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Everyone we worked with was professional and very informative. I highly recommend TJ and Lou Sobh Honda in cumming. Even if you don’t live in or near Cumming it is worth the drive up 400 from Atlanta to Lou Sobh Honda. When I am ready for the next one I will definitely contact T J Mitchell at Lou Sobh Honda. More
