Awesome. Quick, easy and simple. Kudos to Jose. I shopped around for 2 weeks but Jose at Ferman Ford Clearwater was the only person who listened. Jose is Amazing!! Victoria from service introduced me and my friend to Jose. My Fusion had a recall that they did not have parts available. Jose showed us the new Fusio Victoria from service introduced me and my friend to Jose. My Fusion had a recall that they did not have parts available. Jose showed us the new Fusion but we didn't like the knob as a shifter. He then showed us a Ford Focus and incentives. We agree on numbers and we left with a new Ford Focus instead of the rental loaner. More
