The staff were fast and friendly. I also wanted a battery for my other Kia. Absolute unorganized chaos. Not sure who Justin is, Jose is the guy who helped me. Never offered Uber credit like in the past. I booked 10:30 am appointment 2 weeks ago and it t Not sure who Justin is, Jose is the guy who helped me. Never offered Uber credit like in the past. I booked 10:30 am appointment 2 weeks ago and it took 5 hours for an oil change. Told me I needed new roters, but never offered the service or even quoted a price. When asked, Jose said I would get an email with the quotes. Terrible service. I had a manager call me after my oil change last year because of poor service, then this. I will never visit any Findlay dealership again for any reason. More
