The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was traveling through Las Vegas and was stranded with a broken car and no way home. Everyone went out of their way to help me out, and even took the time to explain what the problem was and how they diagnosed it. Thanks to them, I made it home safely and resolved a problem with my car that no one else had even bothered to look at. I’ve always owned Kias and when the time comes to get my next one I will be back. Excellence all the way around. More

The staff are nice and professional. However the two times I’ve brought my vehicle for service, there is some problem. The first time was for an oil change. The staff lost my keys and I However the two times I’ve brought my vehicle for service, there is some problem. The first time was for an oil change. The staff lost my keys and I was stuck for an hour, after waiting an hour. Then, I was there for maintenance work as part of the recommended mileage updates. I came specifically for a battery, knowing it was about to die. The service member told me my battery was fine and the issue was that I use “cheap gasoline.” Well, a few days later my car died and I had to call my insurance to jump start me. The driver told me my battery was completely dead. I bought a battery at costco. I don’t think I plan to return to this dealership. More
