After my 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT was hit it took a few weeks to determine if it was a total loss or could be repaired. I had contacted Jose right away to start the process of replacing my car. As the weeks rolled by and the insurance company was still saying my car could be fixed, Jose kept in touch but was not pushy about it. After I finally got the go ahead, and could purchase, he made the process painless. I had to use a power of attorney because my husband was overseas working. Everything went smoothly and I felt like they gave me a fair deal. I usually hate buying a new car but this time it was a pleasure. More
