Had a pre-approved check...they wanted to talk financing. Drove down to St Augustine from Ga, to look at vehicle we saw online. Salesman FINALLY returned my call from the day before as I was driving there. My Drove down to St Augustine from Ga, to look at vehicle we saw online. Salesman FINALLY returned my call from the day before as I was driving there. My wife didn't like that it didn't have a few options, told the salesman we weren't interested. He insisted on running numbers...I told him I had a check, and after several trips to manager's office, he finally came back with a LOW trade in number and a paper with financing options...??? Had enough, and left. Salesman called me after we left, argued with me, explained everything he "did" for me, and suggested I look for a different type car that I could afford. Excuse me....don't assume that because I didn't want to pay $24k for a car you advertised for $17,900 that I can't afford it. My check from the Credit Union was for up to $35k. Your typical salesman antics, insults and stupidity cost you a sale and lost a returning customer, because I will NEVER return to your lot again. My experience here 6 yrs ago was alot different from now, which was the only reason I drove the whole way from GA. More

Out of Town and Needed Help !!! Drove my Genesis 5.0 from DC to Ponte Vedra and got caught in a rain storm. It was so hard that the calibration went off for all the safety features. Drove my Genesis 5.0 from DC to Ponte Vedra and got caught in a rain storm. It was so hard that the calibration went off for all the safety features. Brought it into a dealership that I never even knew existed. They told me exactly how long the wait was going to be and they delivered the car back to me fix in the right amount of time. Also had the car delivery washed just like I bought brand new from them. If ever find myself back in this area and need Hyundai this is the place I will call. More

It was a good experience for my first car purchase.
