Let me start by saying that I have purchased my past two Honda's there. My 2016 was brand new when I purchased it and have brought it in for every single service to Manly. Up until about 3-4 times ago, Honda's there. My 2016 was brand new when I purchased it and have brought it in for every single service to Manly. Up until about 3-4 times ago, I have had decent service there, that is why I continued to bring my car in. Especially after the renovation of the service department, I was very surprised that the customer service was improved and that service had taken a turn for the better. I would bring my car in and have the mats vacuumed, and my car would be washed. The advisors were more knowledgeable and would explain the services before and after and answer all of my random questions. It was going so well that I even convinced people to bring their cars back after they have had bad experiences there, which was a LOT of friends and family. I will no longer bring my car in after the experience that I had Friday. It was so awful. This was a $1,000 service and I am so disappointed that I spent my money there. The service advisor was horrible. Since my service was so expensive, I asked for a car wash. She looked me in the eye and said that there was no car wash. Then she said the car wash was a piece of crap and that it was broken. Then the service lady next to her offered her customer a complimentary wash. UM, what?!?! So I told her what I heard, she said "Fine, we will wash your car". I knew there was a brand new car wash there that was recently installed, I knew she was lying. I rented a car and drove home. Usually I receive texts throughout the day. I heard nothing from her. I called and she didn't answer, I texted and she finally answered. When I got there she started talking about her personal problems and was not into telling me what just took place with my car, a thousand dollar service!!!!! So unprofessional. Usually the advisor (if a good one) will go down the list and tell me all the things that they did and all of the services that I might need going forward. She said nothing. I asked her if she knew who I could ask about the rubber around my windows as they are deteriorating, she said "I don't know". Long story short. I am done with Manly. I cannot continue to spend my hard earned money to be treated the way I have been. There is no excuse for these advisors to not spend the time with the customers and explain what is happening. These past 3 advisors have had no knowledge of cars at all it seemed like. It was going so well for a while. I am so disappointed that the service department again has gone back downhill. It's stressful enough for car appointments and then being let down every time is even worse. Above is the email that I sent to the Service Manager....Needless to say nothing happened. I'd like to say that I am surprised....Nope. I will be buying else ware, and getting my Honda service else ware. More

Our service representative helped us to deal with evaluating the damage to our daughter’s accord after she had a small accident. He ended up helping us get everything taken care of to help us feel s evaluating the damage to our daughter’s accord after she had a small accident. Jesse went above and beyond to help my Husband and I get the car we needed to buy!! Jose in repair department set us up with Jesse last Thursday evening. I came back to Honda simply because not only is Hond the car we needed to buy!! Jose in repair department set us up with Jesse last Thursday evening. I came back to Honda simply because not only is Honda an Amazing car but I remembered how Jose took care of me with prior outstanding customer service! I miss our other Honda Civic that was totaled in a car accident ( Rear ended) no fault of ours! However, Jesse made it all better on setting us up in a perfect Honda Civic for us! It's been an emotional rollercoaster for us this past couple of months and to walk into a dealership that I can count on with Awesome, caring,kind people has made me truly happy!! Thank you so much Jose and Jesse!! I know that I can always count on Santa Rosa Honda!! Oh and I love your Espresso machine too!!🤣🤣🤣❤️ More
