There was just lack of communication between my service person. I called several times on multiple days to find out status of my jeep, and I was never able to get in contact with him. I am a truck driver person. I called several times on multiple days to find out status of my jeep, and I was never able to get in contact with him. I am a truck driver and its difficult for me to be on the phone and to be put on hold for over a half hour, its not acceptable. My vehicle was supposed to be fixed within a day or two, it took longer. I can understand, sometimes it can take longer, but was never offer a rental, until I asked. Lastly, when I was able to speak to him over the phone, he stated, that if I had checked my phone I would see that he text me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I did not receive any text. Very unprofessional statement. I have nothing against this gentleman, but if he is that busy that he can't return phone calls, then maybe he needs help. More

Once again I found myself in need of vehicle service while in The Villages. Because I have used this dealership previously I returned to them. I was assigned the same Service Advisor, Jose. I did receiv while in The Villages. Because I have used this dealership previously I returned to them. I was assigned the same Service Advisor, Jose. I did receive the link from the Service Technician who complete the diagnostic review the morning of my scheduled appointment. (appt 7:30 am, review received 11am) I was told my advisor would reach out shortly. I had no word from Jose so I called at 3pm when he said he would send me a link right away with the recommended services and costs. If he had it why was it 4 hours later and I had to ask for it? This is exactly how poorly this advisor communicated the last time I had to have service there. When I picked my vehicle up this advisor was no where to be found, did not respond to pages adn I had to be checked out by someone else. I am not sure how this person has 13 years there (according to awards on his desk) but it certainly cannot be a result of any form of customer service. Once again extremely disappointed by this dealership. More
