Service manager, Jose, took good care of my vehicle and the repair needed. Also, my technician Connor did a great job replacing my back up camera. It’s such a pleasure to have that item fixed. The greeter when I first brought my car in was very kind and personable.. All in all a good experience. More

I like the service tech video showing my jeep and all that he would be checking for and giving me recommendations. I also was happy with Jose when I arrived and when I picked up my completed service. lack of communication between service writer and customer, I used to work as a service writer so I know how much communication is important. its not good when I talk with service writer fri morning, customer, I used to work as a service writer so I know how much communication is important. its not good when I talk with service writer fri morning, he said he will call me again Friday afternoon and I don't hear from him, Sat morning I send him a text, later I leave him a voicemail, afternoon I send him an email, I got no reply so I stopped at dealership Sat. afternoon to inquire about my truck, was told parts came in Friday afternoon, should be completed by Mon. or Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon still no call from advisor, I send him a text then later an email, finally get a call Wed. morning saying my truck was done. That is not the way to keep a customer informed on their vehicle! When I was a service writer at a local Honda dealer we were required to talk with our customers everyday in the status of their vehicle! More

Jose Valdes went above and beyond trying to help me with my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solu my 2021 Ram. Ram corporate wouldn't help me with my warranty claim for the typical Ram 1500 rear window leak so Jose continued on working for a solution to my problem. The next day a glass company arrived at my place of employment and removed and completely re sealed my back window for a very reasonable price. Bottom line, Jose helped me get my truck fixed. More
