Genuinely a terrible experience every single time. The maintenance technician lied straight to my face and to Jose, the service manager about rotating my tires. My time was completely wasted, and no partial refund or any form of compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Had I not taken my own photos and pressed the issue after paying for the service and noticing the tires had not been rotated, I would have left the dealership having paid for a service I never received. Completely absurd, to say the least. I’ve given this dealership multiple chances to get it right. I’ve purchased my vehicles from them, and I’m officially done. More

The service department at this dealership is not very pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager! I took my vehicle in for 3 things 2 were shot down as "out of warranty" ( pleasant. Very abrupt and unprofessional - mostly the service manager!
