Joseph Allen was the absolute best person to work with to buy a car. It didn’t feel like I was buying a car because it was not your typical yucky experience. He was completely honest, pricing was fair and tr buy a car. It didn’t feel like I was buying a car because it was not your typical yucky experience. He was completely honest, pricing was fair and transparent which is very hard to find these days when buying a car. I drove in 6 hours to buy from Joseph and this dealership. I was planning to buy based on the online e-price but Joseph called me and told me the president’s day sale was an even better price. He could have taken advantage of me not knowing but he didn’t. Stand up guy and dealership if you ask me! More

My experience with Joseph is excellent. But not happy with negotiated price. We negotiated for crv hybrid sport. When we opted for higher model of sport L the sells person instead of retai But not happy with negotiated price. We negotiated for crv hybrid sport. When we opted for higher model of sport L the sells person instead of retaining the same discount offer reduced the discount to squeeze out more from us. This behavior is bit weird. every where any customer opts for higher model gets more discount or release retain the same discount as for the original offer More
