During my wait at the dealership, I met with Lara Hatch Wong and Geoff Everheart who went above and beyond to give me a great deal on selling my vehicle. I was NOT expecting to sell my car but they gave me a great offer that I couldn’t pass up. They made the transaction quick, easy and even arranged a ride home for us. Talk about great customer service. Wow 🤩 I am so impressed by the quality of the employees here at Crown Nissan. I would recommend anyone to them. Thanks to all for making our experience so great. All of the staff at Crown Nissan in Saint Petersburg are fantastic! I leased my second car with them today because I had a wonderful experience the first time and have always been taken care of by each serv fantastic! The sales rep, Chase, was courteous and kind, he followed up but never followed up repeatedly or excessively. That alone is worth returning. Thanks Chase. His Sales Manager and all the finance managers, especially Paul, are excellent, friendly and helpful! Lara also did an amazing job making sure that this transaction was done!
