I had to travel all the way up to Lancaster from Los Angeles to find the car I was seeking (a used hybrid Lexus RX450h). I connected with salesman Ricardo Vazquez. He gave me enough conclusive information about the one they had on the lot and in a way I felt he was being honest with me, so I decided to drive the 60 miles. Upon arriving, I immediately liked and connected with Ricardo. He had the qualities I sought in my salesperson: extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the vehicle I came to see; extremely professional, but with a perfect manner of well-mannered, sincerely interested, no-pressure, but eager and able to handle all questions and buying scenarios I put in front of him. I felt totally comfortable with him, as well as completely confident that I was in the best of hands. At the appropriate time he interfaced next with Joe Boghos, who was the initial handler of my paperwork. Joe was a pleasure to work with as well—completely fluid in his handling of all the financial documents and questions, and worked hard to find me the right credit source, while maintaining a sincere friendly and personal manner. When all was in order, my purchase was then turned over for document finishing/paying with Jamie House. Jamie is such a pro—great personal manner, yet incredibly efficient in her ability to push the finishing process to its conclusion quickly. Because of all of their effective efficiency, as well as the seamless fluidity in which the departments interact, the entire process took half the time I’m used to spending in a dealership, but more importantly, I was left with a sweet taste in my mouth from the endeavor: I truly felt good about every part of the experience, but especially am grateful for the care and personal service they offered. I have two cars to buy in the beginning of the year for family members. I am already working again with Ricardo for the first car, and plan on doing so again with the second. I would highly recommend the facility and staff at Toyota of Lancaster. I have no compunction to make that drive again to do business with them all, as the experience was as painless and pleasurable as such an exciting and yet stressful purchase could possibly be. Call Ricardo—he’s great and you will definitely be in the most capable and courteous hands possible! I give the whole experience a solid 5-stars. More

I had been looking for some help getting out of a car that was depreciating by the day, trying to cut my losses, which meant I was super flipped in my car. I contacted over 15 dealerships and drove in to 4 of them trying to make something work. During this time, I reached out to Toyota of Lancaster and started working with Anthony in the Internet Department and his manager, Joe. For over 2 months over the phone and through email they helped me try and figure out if we could make it work on a lease. They worked the numbers on a couple of cars and were always quick to respond when I had questions. They didn't give up on me even though it seemed hopeless. I had such a good experience trying to make something work with them over the phone, that I finally decided to go in to try and make something happen. Good thing I did. I drove off in a brand new Tacoma TRD Off Road at the same payment I had before! How did they make this happen? They pulled out all the stops for me and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my brand new car! I went back a few days later to thank Anthony and Joe and take my second key for my trade-in back to them and Anthony remembered that I asked about key covers for my new truck. He took me to the Parts Department and bought them for me! Just amazing customer service and went the extra mile for me. I definitely recommend Toyota of Lancaster! More
