Omar was phenomenal, very professional, thorough and experienced with the auto industry. I had been trying to get a specific vehicle for several months, within minutes of talking to Omar over the phone experienced with the auto industry. I had been trying to get a specific vehicle for several months, within minutes of talking to Omar over the phone I knew this guy knew his stuff an how to get things done. He found a way to get the vehicle I wanted an close the deal in 24hrs. I couldn’t say thank you enough, I personally feel the deal was better than what I expected and I couldn’t be happier. Toyota of Lancaster was very clean, professional and courteous. After having the same vehicle for about 10yrs I was alittle nervous about the car buying process but Omar stayed patient answered all my repetitive questions an I felt good driving off in my new truck. - also would add they are very veteran friendly. More

Great experience overall, Patricia was the one who initially reached out to me from an online request regarding my Tacoma. Patricia introduced me to Craig and from there we negotiated a price. I liked the fact that I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours fairly quick, compared to other dealers, I've experienced 4-6 hours on average. No sleazy experience from finance trying to screw me on products and warranty I didn't need. We had gone over pricing over the phone and Craig kept his word when we met at the showroom floor. More

Tony and Joseph were so professional, polite, and very patient. My husband and I have been buying our cars through Crown Toyota in Ontario, Ca for years and we only went to a certain salesperson. I was a patient. My husband and I have been buying our cars through Crown Toyota in Ontario, Ca for years and we only went to a certain salesperson. I was a little hesitant about going to Toyota Lancaster because of distance and the commitment we had with Steve at Crown. But after talking to Tony over the phone and the excellent service he provided we decided to give Toyota Lancaster a try. What I didn’t tell Tony was that my guy at Crown found out and was willing to match the price. But because Tony was Joseph was patient and had been working some magic. My husband and I decided to take the long drive. It was worth it!!! Everyone who was working with us from Tony, Joseph, and the Finance lady was so welcoming and professional. More
