I am not sure if it's this dealership or just all Toyota dealership in common. But it is very disheartening when you come in for Servicing and you know you have a problem with your truck and you have to arg dealership in common. But it is very disheartening when you come in for Servicing and you know you have a problem with your truck and you have to argue to get somebody to fix your truck, is this the new Toyota it just it's just the way business now. Toyota of Lancaster is really my only choice because of distance but I am seriously considering finding somebody else to service my truck and service my extended warranty that I have up to 125,000 miles. I got my 2026 Toyota Tundra with the TRD off-road package at Toyota of Lancaster. After researching for a few months and calculating how much I can afford. I went to Toyota of Lancaster and ready myself for at Toyota of Lancaster. After researching for a few months and calculating how much I can afford. I went to Toyota of Lancaster and ready myself for some really hard negotiation to get this vehicle. I'm also ready to walk away if the deal is not done. Suprisingly, the whole process was painless and anxiety free. Our salesperson Fernando Leon was very helpful during the process. If you are in the market for a Toyota, I would suggest to pay our Toyota of Lancaster a visit. More

I initially went for a lease buyout on Friday July 3. I started working with Darius who later went and got assistance from Kevin and was coercing me into getting a warranty to work with me. He said the d I started working with Darius who later went and got assistance from Kevin and was coercing me into getting a warranty to work with me. He said the dealership would not work on my buyout unless I agreed to the warranty because of some policy. I asked another manager about this so called policy and said it was not true but I would need to have a vehicle inspection. The warranty Kevin tried coercing me to buy was over $3,000. I left the dealership and had no intention of returning after my experience with Kevin who uses unethical business practices to make a commission. He has left a stain on the Toyota brand. Although I received help from Marco to complete my buy out the following week I do not see myself buying or recommending Toyota to family and friends. If they decide to proceed with buying from Toyota I recommend they record their transaction and post it online so that others can see if they are treated fairly or not. This will bring awareness to the community and potential buyers of who are good salespeople at the dealership and which ones are deceiving customers. When I worked with Marco, Kevin was working with other customers and was blatantly lying to them about the bank requiring them to have an extended warranty to receive financing. This shows he doesn’t care about the customer or the brand image only about lining his pockets. If Toyota cares about brining in one time revenue and ruining the trust in their consumer base and return customers they should rely on the sales practices Kevin uses, otherwise Toyota should begin properly training sales representatives and condone unethical business practices that coerce shoppers into products they do not need or want. They took almost $30000 as a down payment for 2023 Toyota Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted Tundra, which broke down in less than 5 days. Now it needs a new engine, they refused to help us get a new one or give us our money back. They wanted me to walk out with a Chevy with almost 100k miles on it. They’re a joke n desperate. Now I’m handling the situation with a lawyer. Beware folks… if I were able to give them 0 stars I would. More
