DON’T LEAVE A TEST DRIVE DEPOSIT! !! Omar, internet salesman, was knowledgeable and professional. When I wanted to test drive a new Toyota I was asked to leave $1000 deposit to hold !! Omar, internet salesman, was knowledgeable and professional. When I wanted to test drive a new Toyota I was asked to leave $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle. After paying the deposit and deciding that the car wasn’t for me I had to ask THREE times for my deposit back. Finally, a full 20 days later, after reaching out to a manager there, they processed the deposit refund. Questionable business practices! More
