She is always so helpful, honest, and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and keeps me updated throughout the entire time they have my vehicle. I always feel like I can trust her recommendations and that she genuinely wants to make sure my car is taken care of.
