Very poor and scary service department. Let me begin by thanking Joseph for his polite, accommodating demeanor. He addressed all my maintenance concerns when I called to make my service appointment. He permitted me to bring my own part accommodating demeanor. He addressed all my maintenance concerns when I called to make my service appointment. He permitted me to bring my own part for repair since it was on back order from the manufacturer with most FoMoCo Dealers throughout the County. This was an accommodation I required as I was traveling out of state shortly and faced the eventuality of cancelling my plans had our Mustang not been repaired promptly. I would also point out the pricing at this dealership was half the cost of my local Dealership in Kearney Mesa. The $700 savings was well worth the hour drive from my home in Tierrasanta. Finally, I would compliment the owns of Gosch Ford for there COVID-19 sanitizing protocols as well as the overall cleanliness of the facility. More
