I love the dealership as a whole, but when going to the service center it was a bit confusing and chaotic. I was told to stand and wait and someone would be with me shortly. As I am standing a guy comes in service center it was a bit confusing and chaotic. I was told to stand and wait and someone would be with me shortly. As I am standing a guy comes in behind me and they assist him immediately as I am still waiting. He actually said " she was here first" and the guy said " oh well sorry someone will help you" and proceeded to assist the customer who came in behind me. That really changed the way I viewed this dealership as a whole as far as recommending anyone to go there for servicing their vehicle. Rude and dismissive to say in the least! It was freezing inside below 10* outside and when my car was ready they made me walk to the back of the parking lot to find my car as to where I saw other cars of clients who got their car serviced were running and parked by the exit doors waiting for them. What's the special treatment about??! That was disappointing and the issue i went for didn't even get fixed! More
