Straight forward honest and informative I purchased a pre-owned certified 2012 Honda Civic from another DCH Honda dealer. The DCH Honda Kay service department was able to identify a pre-exis I purchased a pre-owned certified 2012 Honda Civic from another DCH Honda dealer. The DCH Honda Kay service department was able to identify a pre-exisiting condition and recommended I immediately take it back to the original dealer and get it fixed by them to ensure it was covered under warranty. I did so, and appreciate the immediate honest opinion of DCH Kay Honda’s service department. More
