The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The vehicle they leased with me had multiple issues, I sent the vehicle for maintenance and they claimed that a little bump caused ALL the issues the The vehicle they leased with me had multiple issues, I sent the vehicle for maintenance and they claimed that a little bump caused ALL the issues the vehicle came with. Then they kept the vehicle they for 28 days and WERE RUSHING ME OUT because they feared it would get deemed a lemon, all I wanted was my car fixed that’s it. THEY DID NOTHIN TO THE VEHICLE and wanted to charge me diagnostics and all the issues the vehicle came with, and I had to come out of pocket for the issues that the vehicle came with like AC, the car key not working, the fuel sensor topping off making it extremely tedious to fill gas, the miles to empty was always going up and down! Then on the paper they gave me, it stated WARRANTY would cover it, but in person they didn’t. Horrible service, I previously had issues with the salesman who lied and lied and lied, that another worker had to step in and CALLED him out with the lying. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FORD EVER AGAIN, disgraceful to treat a customer like this! More
