Dana Lincoln is exceptional. I mentioned I was experiencing an issue with my Navigator, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me and provided a brand-new loaner vehic I mentioned I was experiencing an issue with my Navigator, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me and provided a brand-new loaner vehicle. They handled the recall, diagnosed the problem, and completed the necessary repairs. Once the work was finished, they contacted me to confirm everything and asked if I had any additional concerns. I mentioned a strange noise coming from the steering wheel, and they identified the issue right away and resolved it promptly. When all the service was complete, they delivered my vehicle back to my home and picked up the loaner. Outstanding customer service—and my Navigator feels brand new again. More
