J the service MGR did indeed step up and lead from a point of integrity. J did reimburse me for my damaged rims. I hope the owner views J as a key member of the problem solving team. The art of conflict resolution is a major asset to any company. it would seem as though Ott's service department is in capable hands. Thanks J. Bought the cat I wanted sight unseen with Scott’s help. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted at a great price with excellent financing the next day.
