Warranty Work - Initially determined not warranty reparis Was initially disappointed to hear that the repairs on my 2015 Nissan Quest air conditioner with less than 30,000 miles would not be covered by the ma Was initially disappointed to hear that the repairs on my 2015 Nissan Quest air conditioner with less than 30,000 miles would not be covered by the manufacture warranty. However, Jason Barber (service manager), Doug Rice, and the entire service team worked diligently to try and rectify the issue. After a few weeks of communication with Nissan, further investigation, and shipment of necessary parts, my vehicle is now repaired and the air conditioner is cooling the vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved for being patient and handling my vehicle issue/repairs. More

Another great experience I took my 2014 Rogue in for its regular oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I don't think I was there more than 45 minutes. It was great! Joseph Geisbert recognized me from the last time he helped me (a year ago!) and he remembered our conversation. Amazing! I am very satisfied with the service I get there. I am also mentioning Sergiu because he has helped me a couple of times in the past and has also been very nice and helpful--but I forgot to write him a review! Both gentleman are wonderful to deal with. More

Another wonderful purchase! Bought a Sentra in 2017 and it was a wonderful experience. Returned today for routine service and saw a fully loaded Rouge on the lot with comparable miles and 3 times the features. Everything was so low pressure and easy, that I ended up trading in the Sentra for the Rouge - the perfect Hockey Mom-mobile :) special thanks to Jim, Ed, Joey, Joe, and Doug. I appreciate all the work you did for me today to put me in a vehicle that has absolutely everything I want at a payment I can afford. More

See you at 60000 Joe Went to the express service department for an oil change on 4/25. Joe got me entered right into the computer. And headed to the waiting room. You can tell that he is committed to his job, he remembers his customers. He remembered that he worked on getting a repair covered under warranty MONTHS ago. I know that there are a lot of people involved with getting a vehicle serviced but, that was the fastest I have ever been out of there in 2 and a half years. I give the credit to Joe. I was contacted in a timely manner advising the completion of the task, along with a detailed email giving the breakdown prior to my arrival. Which was awesome especially if I had any questions or concerns prior to me picking up TWO thumbs up! I normally skip this process with reviewing my experiences...But this one here is just hard to pass over as GREAT SERVICE IS hard to come by.
