I'd never leased before, but I'd owned a Corolla for20 years. I was looking for a small SUV type car and Joey showed me the Corolla Cross which impressed me. However, after researching the car, the Hybrid years. I was looking for a small SUV type car and Joey showed me the Corolla Cross which impressed me. However, after researching the car, the Hybrid version rated higher than the gas version so I asked for the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE. Joey found the model in the color I wanted at a price point I could afford. Despite the tedium of the associated paperwork, the leasing process was relatively straightforward. Whenever I asked for something the answer was always yes; to the Hybrid model, to increasing my down payment, even to giving me some license plate holders for my 89 Toyota 4wd Pickup. I know the cars are great, but the sales and service staff proved their equal. More
