I bough a 2019 BMW X5 40i. I had water leak from the sunroof when there was a heavy rainfall around memorial day. It leaked inside the car through the driver side roof and all I had water leak from the sunroof when there was a heavy rainfall around memorial day. It leaked inside the car through the driver side roof and all the carpet was wet including the headliner. I think this was the second time I had a water leak. My car was still under warranty and everything was fixed for free. It was corrected and now there is no more leakage. My ambient light is also now fixed. New parts were installed and it is working great at the moment. There was also some tear in the rear leather seat and it is repaired now free of charge. Big thank you to Joe Lipari and Brandon Tibbals for taking care of these problems. It means a lot and I really appreciate your help in getting these issues fixed. More

My wife and I just bought a BMW X5 45e from Rallye BMW. It’s our second car from them, and we were fully satisfied with both purchasing experiences. We bought our first car from Bobby Channan, who was in sales at that time, and we truly appreciated his expertise and the ease with which the buying process was completed. When we went back, we discovered that Bobby was no longer in sales, but was now a Finance Manager. Bobby handled the finances for us after he connected us with Joseph Lipari as our Client Advisor to handle the sale end of things. We were very happy with Joe, and he also helped us feel comfortable throughout the whole process with his friendly and professional manner. Joe never wavered on the deal he presented to us, and we got our car just as expected. Having Joe and Bobby feels like the Dream Team!
