Great dealership. Smooth transaction. My sales person on the other hand, registered my car to the wrong address. He was supposed to follow-up with additional services Smooth transaction. Placed about 4 phone calls and voice-mails with no response. Not everyone realizes a sale isn't a one time deal. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again but go out of my way to give a different sales person my business. Sorry Joe... More

In speaking with Rallye, James was my initial contact who was extremely helpful. Joe Lipari took over and helped me understand a few things and I happily purchased the vehicle from Joe. I went to pick up my car and an 02 sensor was not working. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get my brand new BMW delivered on the day promised. I’ve been waiting since March for this car and i working. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get my brand new BMW delivered on the day promised. I’ve been waiting since March for this car and if there was a problem with the sensor it should’ve been rectified before I pick up the car. Aside from that I think Ralley is an amazing company, they just dropped the ball on my delivery, and and I was very disappointed because I was so excited about getting my new car. In the future when you prep a car before delivery, you should make sure all the sensors etc. are working. More
