I brought in my car a couple of days ago, it was making a weird screeching sound and was really worried about it. My advisor Joseph helped get it fixed and i only waited about 2 hours ! Had an amazing experience at this dealership! It was my first time coming here and everyone was super welcoming especially my service advisor Joseph. Worst experience I have ever had with any car related business. What should have taken days took months. What costs were going to be minimal were outrageous. Customer service stared nice and ended in a n business. What should have taken days took months. What costs were going to be minimal were outrageous. Customer service stared nice and ended in a nightmare. Strongly suggest using any other car dealer, repair, or service. I wish I could restart and NEVER GO TO WALTERS!!! More
