Excellent price on the vehicle and good service BUT developed a crack on the instrument panel before even arriving home. The cost to fix this is about $560. The dealership is splitting the cost with me developed a crack on the instrument panel before even arriving home. The cost to fix this is about $560. The dealership is splitting the cost with me, which is better than nothing but it’s mind boggling that I spent $30,000+ for a vehicle and the dealership didn’t fully take care of a problem that was obviously there when the vehicle was purchased and began before I even got the truck back to my house. Even before I made the drive in to see the car, Joe broke down the sticker price and made sure I took advantage of all the offers available to me. Transparency from start to finish with no unfortunate surprises in the financial office. Joe spent any downtime we had walking me through the features and the registration process for the MyChevrolet account (love the app, by the way) Joe is the kind of guy I'd want my mother to buy a car from.
