In short, I could not have made the transaction easier and they could not have made it more difficult. I had no trade in and paid cash at sticker price. I spoke with two females on the phone, Samantha w and they could not have made it more difficult. I had no trade in and paid cash at sticker price. I spoke with two females on the phone, Samantha was the last one and never was introduced to them. I had been assigned three sales people. I eventually ordered a truck from Joseph in early December. I never heard from the dealership again. Called a few time to check on vehicle. Since it was not even in production, I ended buying one on the lot. So much more I can probably say. Joseph is a nice enough guy, but process the dealership takes would not want me to recommend the dealership. I can only imagine what it will be like if service needs to be done, since the purchase experience is supposed to be where they shine. The worst part was when I looked at the final price and they added in an "Al Piemonte Security" charge for almost $4,000. I received a discount off that, but felt I had no choice to buy it or not buy it. It is totally ridiculous, since my insurance would provide theft coverage. More

Went and was going to purchase but after some of the pressure put on I felt less and less and less comfortable about the deal moving forward,I had filled out a sizable amount of paperwork but chose to w pressure put on I felt less and less and less comfortable about the deal moving forward,I had filled out a sizable amount of paperwork but chose to walk away.dealer contacted me numerous times after I left,offed a few buck off original price,but I felt it wasn’t enough after the way I feel I was being manipulated so on to the next…dealerships should truly be known as stealerships… I felt beyond drained and physically I’ll for a couple hrs after….good luck with your car purchase I hope my ordeal was an isolated incident….but I doubt it. More
