Giulianos customer service is beyond amazing. He went above and beyond any expectation I had. I originally went in to sell my 2018 CRV for the kbb cash value with the intent of traveling out of state to above and beyond any expectation I had. I originally went in to sell my 2018 CRV for the kbb cash value with the intent of traveling out of state to purchase the used car I wanted from another dealer. Had I tried to go through that process on my own I don’t think I would have been successful . Giuliano took all the hassle out of the process and actually acquired me the trade in tax credit which I would have lost. Giuliano contacted multiple out of state dealers for me with the very specific truck I wanted. He also saved me a trip driving half way across the country to make the purchase and bring the truck home. I would highly recommend this dealer. They make sure the customers get what they want and don’t pressure you into a purchase you don’t want. The team treated me like a friend and not just another customer.
