He was condescending and extremely pushy, getting very argumentative when asked to explain added fees and high prices. Also gave much higher number only to immediately cut it by 30% just to see how high w argumentative when asked to explain added fees and high prices. Would not even take "we"ll think about it" as an answer depsite us continually saying we weren't making a deal that night as we needed to think about our $30000+ purchase/lease, not to mention it was already past 7 and had wasted a lot of time (there for over 2 hours) while they fussed with trade-in numbers when we never needed to know or trade it in that day. More
