I had zero desire to get a new car. My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn't want a new car payment, I also didn't want to have to continue to worry about the repairs on an aging car. I took the leap and purchased a new Crosstrek. First, I can't say enough good things about Jason Ceja in service. I have never dealt with anyone in service BUT Jason, so he is completely familiar with my car and its service history. Every time I come in, we have a laugh about the time chipmunks chewed through my drive belt. Joy and Joe assisted me with the purchase of the new car. Not only does Joy seem to be a delightful human being, she knew the product in and out and was able to quickly help me familiarize myself with the newer Crosstrek features. Ganley didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, but Joe was able to secure another quickly. I love how easy things are when I go to Ganley. My trips for service have been so smooth. Buying a new car was (relatively) stress-free and painless. More

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe was one of several Subaru dealerships I reached out to via e-mail in my search for a new 2024 Crosstrek Limited lease deal. The dealership responded back to me with the re dealerships I reached out to via e-mail in my search for a new 2024 Crosstrek Limited lease deal. The dealership responded back to me with the requested information, but only after a secondary email restating my request. And the information provided was not as comprehensive as I requested. On the plus side the conversation was cordial and their internet sales manager also followed up with me. I would encourage more dealership work with customers who indicate their communication style is electronic versus trying to get a customer in the door; our time as as valuable as yours. Ultimately I worked with Brunswick Subaru for their willingness to provide me all the info needed and respecting my time. More
