I wanted to buy a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 4matic, and I had visited several other dealerships in New Jersey, but was disappointed with those other deale I wanted to buy a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 4matic, and I had visited several other dealerships in New Jersey, but was disappointed with those other dealerships' pushy and impersonal service. However, when I visited Benzel-Busch's Mercedes dealership in Englewood, NJ, Joseph Simsek greeted us at the door immediately, and was extremely helpful in giving his sidebar advice after overhearing us discussing a few questions. Because Mr. Simsek was so pleasant, we decided to talk only with him, and he was never pushy, and he didn't rush to give us a sales pitch. Instead, talking with Mr. Simsek was like being greeted, guided, and chatting with a friend. Mr. Simsek quickly earned our trust, and he was very knowledgeable and proactive in finding just the right vehicle with the specifications we wanted. It was due to his professional and comfortable manner that we decided to purchase our GLC 300 from him. Sal Architto was also extremely friendly, and dropped by just to thank us for visiting even if we did not purchase anything that day. Again, Mr. Architto's demeanor was very professional and friendly and also never pushy, and both Mr. Simsek and Mr. Architto helped make the entire process a comfortable, positive, and easy one.
