The staff I found to be very pleasant, friendly and extremely professional. In my case they always went the extra mile to satisfy my needs from maintenance to selecting new tires. I never fond it difficult to share my experiences with friends and family members about the outstanding service received at Malouf. My recent purchase at Malouf was no different. From the moment I walked through the door the Sales Manager Donald Brown had one of the Salesman Christian Fitzgerald assist me with making the purchase an easy decision. Chris went above and beyond his responsibilities. He made me feel very comfortable and his knowledge of the Navigator was again outstanding. Moreover, to date both Don and Chris continue to address and satisfy any issues that may arise. More

Good Experience A few weeks ago, I took my Lincoln MKX to the service center because the side door lock didn't work. I made a phone call to schedule an appointment an A few weeks ago, I took my Lincoln MKX to the service center because the side door lock didn't work. I made a phone call to schedule an appointment and they took me as soon as they had an opening. When I got there, I spoke to Joe Steinner who was very helpful and pleasant. I was very surprised to receive a phone call a couple of hours later letting me know that my car was done!. Joe offered to give my car a wash and he was very kind to wait for me 20 minutes to come to pick up my car after work. I was very pleased with the service. More

I just leased my 7th or 8th Navigator. I got it from Malouf. Their sales manager found me the new car that I wanted at a price that was excellent without any bargaining. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lincoln. More

Excellent Experience!!!!! I cant begin to thank this dealership for the way they handled my new tuck buying experience. Due to the excellent choice in ordering they had exactly what I wanted in stock. My new 2015 Lincoln MKC is awesome! A special thanks for having Don Brown running with my transaction was second to none. My salesman Bill Forsythe knew the product inside and out! I wouldn't buy another ford or Lincoln from anyone else. The staff including Dino.Dino Jr and service manager Gerry are also the best in representing Mr Malouf. I cant thank them enough. Gerry has a service department full of talent including John Sawyer a true master at troubleshooting vehicles. His skills are the best I have seen and Im a technical tradesman! Scott,Sal ,Marie and Joe are a great asset to the service department as well. Thank you Mr Malouf!!! More

VERY RUDE SERVICE CONSULTANT. dropped of car night before. they called me about 1pm to tell me the car is almost done but needs other work done, i approved it. i live about 25 mile dropped of car night before. they called me about 1pm to tell me the car is almost done but needs other work done, i approved it. i live about 25 miles from the dealer and work about 40 miles from the dealer. i left work at 5pm. they call me at 5:05 to let me know my car is done. i tell him i am on my way and asked what time they close, he says 5:30, i told him i need the car because i am going out of town, he says, i guess we'll see you tomorrow. he was so nasty, i asked if they can leave the paperwork with the car sales department and i would give him a credit card, he says no, he has to fax me a credit card auth form. i told him i would sign it when i get there, i am in my car and on my way. this is the second time with the same service consultant i have had a problem. i go that far because i want to be loyal to them because i bought the car there. i have about 4 dealer where i live that i could have gone to. just very rude and not accommodating. WHEN I MADE IT THERE I FOUND OUT THEY CLOSE AT 6PM, HE MADE ME DRIVE FAST WHEN IT WAS NOT NECESSARY AND RISK GETTING INTO AN ACCIDENT. ****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE**** More

I Made a 9:30am apointment a week in advance, described that I needed rear trunk shocks for the trunk on the car and a oil change. After driving a half hour to get there I was told that the part that they that I needed rear trunk shocks for the trunk on the car and a oil change. After driving a half hour to get there I was told that the part that they were told a week ago I needed was not available and needed to be ordered. ( Thats the first thing that upset me. Ok fine I'll wait a few more days. At that time I said go ahead and do the oil change. I was told it would take one and a half hour, so I agreed to wait. after TWO hours of waiting i went in the back only to see that my car has not even beed touched. Nearly three hours later after asking for my car back so I can go back to work is when they finished the oil change. Never In my life has it taken 3 hours for an oil change. I mean whats the sense of making an appointment if its not honored. And in turn I took my car elsewhere for the shocks......Have a Great Day More

The service department is great. When they quote you for a price. It stays that price when the final bill is due. When they say it's going to be done by a certain time, it will be done by that time. They were extremely polite and friendly to my parents even though my folks didn't speak much English. They took care of my parent's car and made sure it's in great shape. My parent's beat up '97 Lincoln Town Car drove like new once they were done. Extremely thankful for Scott D and Joe S for going above and beyond in providing care and service. I will definitely put the Malouf Ford Lincoln dealership on the top of my list when shopping for my next car. More
