When ever there is a disagreement between 2 party’s , one is always Rude if other party doesn’t agree. Customer stated we had damaged their wheel in service, while we did an oil change. Our service lifts are not ride on lifts , they lift from below the vehicle. Is it possible, of course anything is possible. This is highly not probable though. We offered to have a wheel repair company repair the wheel at no charge , as god will. Customers father in refused repair and demanded we replace the rim. We denied that , now we are rude. At this point we left our offer on the table and we stand by this. Now have we made mistakes before, absolutely. We have no issues doing a repair as good will.

I don’t think anyone takes “mistakes” lightly when it comes to their hard worked/earned brand new belongings so of course frustration sets in ESPECIALLY when it comes to your kids hard worked for belongings! We spend good money on our cars and expect to enjoy them before its values depreciates. Also we raised our kid to be honest and caring so the fact your basically saying he’s lying about the damage is ridiculous he definitely isn’t lying about the spill of oil all over the place (all over my driveway) that you assumed was cleaned up by the new tech that was “guided” while moving the vehicle. Are you going to pay to have the oil all over my driveway cleaned? Damage is done move on and do what you have to and we’ll do the same! Thanks

Mr. Nelson, called into our Internet Department and was looking for the best price out the door on a Jeep Wrangler model including tax and tags. We gave him a price and he asked why we were not discounting the unit. He then stated he had a local dealership taking $6000- $7000 off MSRP on a Wrangler, Brett stated if was really getting that price he should buy it immediately. buy the Wrangler, Wranglers do not have that type of Mark up . He then called back and asked for a Manager, I stated the same thing. There is not $6000 to $7000 mark up in a Wrangler. He felt like we had no interest in selling our Jeep, we have no interest in losing money correct. We firmly believe the other dealer is being dishonest, but what do we know, we have only been in business for 50 years. We never said the customer was lying... Joe Triboletti Carman CJDR General Mgr

I have three out the doors prices from other dealerships with discounts from $5950 to a little over $7000. I was not asking for these guys to provide $7000 but as a customer you want to be treated fairly and these guys were not taking one step toward offering any discount. Both Joe, whom I had to ask several times if he was a manager, and Bret told me I was a liar and that there was no way a dealership would offer that discount. If they are telling you the wrangler doesn’t have that level of discount check other dealers and forums before you believe that. Also, just the tone of the conversation was very argumentative and aggressive. I have no problem buying my third Jeep at another dealership. 👍

That’s a great question and would’ve been a better question to ask than to call me a liar. To answer your question, more so for the people reviewing this, those Jeep Saharas have a lot of options and we were looking for a Sahara that was more basic like the one your dealership was selling. For me, I would rather buy a Sahara fully loaded than a basic one at the same price. No thanks!
