I had a problem with the service technician forgetting to tell me my door handle inside on the passenger side was not fixed. But I was charged for the part. I would not have realized it was not fixed if my tell me my door handle inside on the passenger side was not fixed. But I was charged for the part. Knowledgable and helpful I brought my Fiesta in for new tires and service to correct a recall problem. The parts needed for the recall repair were ordered and I was able to u I brought my Fiesta in for new tires and service to correct a recall problem. The parts needed for the recall repair were ordered and I was able to use my car during the wait. Heiser provided me with a car while mine was in the shop for the recall repair. I was told that I didn't need to order a new cover to replace the one broken during an inspection of the recalled part because the new part included its own cover. Everything was done with practically no disruption of my routine. More

Very thorough I had an issue that took a number of visits to find and correct the issue. They were very accommodating while my car was in the shop.
