Very thorough I had an issue that took a number of visits to find and correct the issue. They were very accommodating while my car was in the shop. They didn't push or hurry the matter and made sure that it was fixed appropriately. My experiences with Heiser Ford Lincoln were great in every aspect except the finance guy were dealt with. I would likely buy again from Heiser. I'm not going to deny them my future business because of 1 employees lack of customer service More
