I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More

When I first called, Seth picked up the phone and immediately put me at ease. My older RAV4 could no longer be driven, and I needed to trade it in and get something new the same day. I had another appointment with a different Toyota dealership the next day, but after speaking with Seth I knew Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was the place to go, I canceled my other appointment and I’m so glad I did! They made the process completely hassle-free, took my old car off my hands, and I drove home in a brand-new Toyota that very night. Seth and Joseph Wright were incredible—knowledgeable and helpful. Max in Finance made the paperwork smooth and stress-free, and Sid the Manager helped finalize everything. The entire team even stayed late after closing to make sure the deal was complete. This dealership took care of me from start to finish. More

I got a decent deal and the experience was okay, but lesson learned on dealing with this dealership. If you're buying a car from them, don't listen to the salesman on anything they say, all half truths. lesson learned on dealing with this dealership. What's even worse is I had an item that I left in our old car (our fault), but we called up and asked for the salesman if he'd get it. He said yes. We come in to get it and turns out he never did and it was tossed. Salesman also said that the keyfob could be gotten for cheap through Facebook, tried it, turns out nope. So I decide to just purchase from this dealership instead after they quoted me a price. I get the key and then they tell me a different price. The salesman asked about it and I told him the issue and he said he'd talk to the service team. Tells me to pull up with my car as they agreed, the service team had no idea who I was or the situation and I couldn't find the salesman. Had another minor issue with the car where the side mirrors wouldn't fold in. Salesman said it just needs a new switch. I bought one, replaced it, guess what... nope. So all that to say, don't listen to the salesman. I should have known better, but I thought given I'm a regular Toyota customer at this location that they wouldn't do this, but the stereotypical shady used car salesman rings true at this location or at least in my experience. More
