The sales team was the most knowledgeable of all the sales peop We approached half a dozen dealers in the area and had the best experience at Landers. The sales team was the most knowledgeable of all the sales people we'd dealt with previously, was able to speak intelligently to the different vehicles, their features and particulars to each one. We were low-balled on our trade on the first pass, which was not unexpected, but only had to push back once to get a fair compromise. Finance was very polite and professional, and honest, and less pushy than any of the other of the finance managers we worked with at other dealers. Our second Toyota from Landers and likely won't be the last, as long as they don't get bought out... More
