No one else I trust than these guys! The dealership is great, but it's really the people for me that make it awesome! Awesome Customer Service! Joseph went above and beyond. This was our first new car purchase EVER and he made the process easy. Incredible customer service! We brought our 1 Joseph went above and beyond. This was our first new car purchase EVER and he made the process easy. Incredible customer service! We brought our 11 year old autistic son (who is obsessed with Tundras and knows every model, feature and package addition). Joseph and team were very patient with his endless questions and comments and made him feel like a part of the process. Before we came in, we custom built our dream truck at Toyota.com. The Steve Landers team had a huge inventory and had a near perfect representation of what we custom built (exterior color, leather color, options, etc), only missing a 3” level kit. Joe was able to work with his management team and get this 1 item included in the sales price! The Finance team were able to get us a great rate and walked through everything in detail, ensuring we understood everything. Mike provided detailed pictures and examples and was incredibly knowledgeable. We felt confident in our new truck purchase. More
