I told him what I was looking for and he literal Joseph Zecena went above and beyond to make this by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I told him what I was looking for and he literally found the exact car i wanted within hours. He stayed in constent communication with me when he said he would, a hard trait to find in a auto sales rep. I was amazed that the time spent evaluating my trade, credit app, and actual time spent at the dealership was all done so quickly. These types of deals can take hours at other dealerships but this Landers Toyota team is efficient. Even Chase Shellnut in finance was great and not pushy with the extended warranties. Also the service department manager came out introduced himself when I was looking at the vehicle in their shop. This is a well put together experienced team and it shows. More
