I was offered to purchase one for $300 if I wanted but if I'm paying $24,000 for a vehicle, don't you think I could have just received a second key?

I have the opportunity to speak with Mr Oscar Morales from the dealership last night. He personally reached out to me to hear my concerns, explain and clarify many things regarding the credit inquiries which, now looking back would have been nice to have known at the time of purchase but I'm glad that he took the time to make sure that I understood and realize that it was necessary for them to run my credit the way they did. He also invited me to come back today to rectify the missing second key to my vehicle. I walked in without waiting and surprisingly shook his hand as soon as I entered. He thanked me for coming in and almost every other associate that walked past me as I waited for the key to be made, greeted me and asked if I was okay or would like anything like water. It is very clear that the folks here deeply care about their customers happiness. And to be clear it was a misunderstanding that the vehicle I purchased only ever had one key but because of misunderstanding's, I was given an exception to receive a key on their dime. I still don't have any regrets even though there were some things that could have been clearer on my initial visit with my deal being made, and the salesman Jr as well as the finance man r y aan, were great.
If you are looking for price this is the dealership to
come to. I really believe I got an unbelievable price. Thanks to the Van Nuys guys.
