JR the sales guy was great. Very helpful and intuitive. The finance guys were a bit confused and unorganized. I bought a jeep and love it so far..I'm disappointed that my vehicle purchase did not come with two car keys and they wanted to sell me an additional one after I paid them cash for the vehicle. In my opinion it's the least they could have done after all the hours I sat there with them. More

Overall sales experience was non enjoyable. Tried slapping $15,000 of non needed warranties and coverage with no mention of it prior to negotiation. Initial monthly payment offer was over $900. After 4 back and forths the final price was in the $400s. The place is a sham I would never buy there again. More
