Sale inaccurate and incomplete days later. Credit report ran when not needed, dinged credit on cash sale. I check with someone that did fonance managing for years. I am sure this will cost me more in the long run. Promised windshield replacement by sales man Josh, and new finance manager. Days later no arrangements made. Not told that they do not take out of state checks until at dealership after several contacts with salesman. Finance manager, one of first days at dealership, pushed me out when I asked about windshield paperwork. Future discussions with people will depend on how these issues are resolved. I am lpleasedwith the vehicle so far. More

Inefficiency of the car buying process It was borderline ridiculous how long we sat and waited...not even sure what we were waiting for, just waiting. The sales staff knew we were coming It was borderline ridiculous how long we sat and waited...not even sure what we were waiting for, just waiting. The sales staff knew we were coming ( they were very tenacious ...phone, email, and texts). We paid cash, yet it took HOURS to close this deal. Who wants to sit around and watch the countless sales staff fritter around the dealership? No one! Teach the bored sales people to close so we (the customer) can go enjoy our purchase. The process killed all the excitement of getting a new car. More

E Price/Price Alerts I contacted the dealership online, to TRY to get a price quote. I got nothing but lip service. Josh's first reply was asking my zip code, It made no difference, as I was only buying it there because my fiancée lives in the area, thought it would be convenient. Boy was I wrong. After 4 emails, I finally gave up. I never got the quote, only annoyed. He kept insisting I explain to him what it would take to get me in the drivers seat. A price quote would have been a good start. Not lip service. The customer is always right must be something from the 1930s? If we are paying out $50k cash for a vehicle, I'm not playing head games with a useless used car salesman. I had my fill, and filed a complaint to Honda of America. There are other car companies out there, I don't need to be treated like I just got bumped off the turnip truck. I contacted other Honda dealerships, they came through in their first response. Not this guy. More
