We really like the car we bought but found the process of actually paying for it extremely frustrating. We had gone to our bank to get a check to pay for the car in full. Then went to a Christmas lunch with family. When we returned a few hours later, we were told by Josh that the car was detailed and ready but it would be about an hour or so before we could sit down with a business manager to pay for the car, sign the title, etc. We ended up waiting over 2 hours to give them our check. When we finally got in to finalize the sale, it took us about 5 minutes to complete the process. We were told that this was one of the busiest weeks for the dealership but managers who could have been helping with the credit process were out. The dealership had drivers deliver the car to our house as I did not bring my glasses for night driving. I never thought that we would be at the dealership until after dark as we had test drove it and agreed on a price by about 11:30 am but could not complete the purchase until after 4 pm that day. Not sure if this is the usual process, but we would not recommend this part of the buying experience to anyone. More
