We had been communicating with then and other dealers for some time hoping to get the terms We leased a 2018 Odyssey EXL from St. Cloud Luther Honda. We had been communicating with then and other dealers for some time hoping to get the terms we wanted. We received a call from Josh Anderson indicating that he could provide us with the vehicle we were looking for with the terms we desired. 3 1/2 hours later I was home with my new Odyssey. Thank you Honda guys for a great car leasing experience. The 2018 has a lot of features the 2016 didn't have and we are still learning new things about. More

Online sales I didn't step foot in the dealership, I only dealt with Josh by text and phone conversation! I inquired about a vehicle which I found online and he wa I didn't step foot in the dealership, I only dealt with Josh by text and phone conversation! I inquired about a vehicle which I found online and he was very good about not being too pushy but informative! He couldn't match what another dealership was offering so he graciously gave me the go-ahead to go to the other dealer! He was not rude or anything!! He was actually very helpful in giving the other dealer the info about our call! I'm happy that he got the "bird dog"! Sorry we couldn't make the deal!! More

Great Experience with Josh!!! As a woman in my early 40's, I've had more than a few car buying experiences. Ive never enjoyed the overall car buying experience. I simply don't care As a woman in my early 40's, I've had more than a few car buying experiences. Ive never enjoyed the overall car buying experience. I simply don't care too much about cars. I am happy to say Josh turned this around!!! I had let Josh know my thoughts on the process and I had also expressed that I am not one to banter back and forth on the price. So, the numbers were generally figured out before I got to the dealership. I can say that Josh was honest, sincere, kind and he made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. He did a great job assisting me with the car and talking about all of its features and functions. He was absolutely great to work with and I would recommend him to everyone and anyone I know!! Unfortunately, to discuss financing (which I already had prepared through my credit union) i was taken into a back office to meet with Brian Rothstein. He offered me a rate that was between .5-1% higher than what I had been qualified for with my credit union. As I declined the higher offers, he proceeded to say things like 'it's only $100 more a month' (only???) and 'let's just do it because it's easier' (easier for who???). It was evident that Brian had HIS best interest at heart- not mine- and he had no problem showing it!! Ugh. I almost walked out without buying the car at all. So, I would say 100% definitely work with Josh!! He is fantastic!! While Brian seemed to represent the old stereotypes that I was so looking to avoid, Josh represented himself, as well as the dealership, as honest and reputable. When I look back at my experience, overall, Josh's excellent work shines through!!! Way to Go Josh!!! ... and Thank You!!! More

I consider myself fortunate to have worked with you on my car buying experience. You are a great asset to Luther Honda with your honesty and customer service. As I work in customer service myself I certainly appreciated how comfortable I was working with you. Both times when I came to the dealership I never got the stereotypical salesman or sales pitch approach. It was just a casual conversation talking about cars and services and when it came down to buying the car I told you my budget and you made it work for me. That I appreciate the most.
